Shipping Policy
Delivery times are: 1 to 3 business days if the shipment is to the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area; 4 to 7 days for other cities in Colombia. For international shipments, consult with us first through our contact channels. Shipping costs are variable (check shipping rates).
For national orders, our staff will contact you on the day of delivery so you can confirm the time of receipt and be attentive to receive your order.
