Delivery times are: 1 to 3 business days if the shipment is to the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area; 4 to 7 days for other cities in Colombia. For international shipments, consult with us first through our contact channels. Shipping costs are variable (check shipping rates).

If you are not at home to receive it once the order has been sent, the carrier is authorized to leave it at the door of the indicated address if that case applies.
